Celebrity TMI (too much info !!) Bookmark and Share

Oral hygiene is not exactly a top priority to bubbly blonde Jessica Simpson. Last week, the smiley singer and reality show darling revealed that she brushes her pearly whites a mere 3 days a week in an effort to prevent her teeth from feeling too “slippery.” I’m guessing her publicist didn’t think to go over that subject matter with her.

Sometimes I’m baffled by random celebrity admissions. Do we really need to know that Usher loves Colonics or that Sheryl Crow only uses 1 square of toilet paper to wipe herself after she goes to the bathroom? People….not all press will help your career!!! I’m sure Marilyn Monroe’s status as an iconic sex-symbol would have been sullied if she bragged about the smell of her farts.

Recently, I was watching an episode of Chelsea Lately when new “It Guy” Channing Tattum was going on and on about his crotch injury. And apparently it wasn’t a spur-of-the-moment confession. Back in January the G.I. Joe star revealed in graphic detail just how the accident affected his man business (I’m purposefully omitted quotes, as its pretty vomit-inducing). The guy is cute…why’d he have to go there?

In an age where people are famous for sex-tapes and scandals (I’m talking to you Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian), I think celebrities are starting to take advantage of being publicized for doing nothing in particular, however if you want to make a new headline, do it the old-fashioned way like turning lesbian for a month or flashing the paparazzi outside of Kitson. Flatulence and morning-breath is not advised or appreciated!
