I don’t know about you but I am so over the laid back low maintenance look of Juicy’s , Solo’s and any other clothing label that designs pajama’s and disguises them as outerwear.Personally I think Juicy’s were designed for girls too lazy to get dressed, sorry ladies a velour tracksuit is NOT clothing. Just because we’re in a recession doesn’t mean we need to look like it. It’s time to snap out of it and bring glamour back. Looking glamorous doesn’t mean you need to spend hundred’s doing so. Here are 2 simple inexpensive ways to go from grunge to glamour without banging out your bank account and still look fabulous.
The first way to update your wardrobe is with a Cocktail Hat , popular in the 30’s & 40’s, this mini millinery masterpiece is making a fierce comeback. Worn perched forward on the head and slightly tilted over one eye the Cocktail Hat is a sexy, sultry uber-feminine way to take your current wardrobe and fierce it up. My second trick to get glamorous during these gloomy times is going what I call “Recession Red”! Add some red to your cosmetics collection. Red nail polish and red lipstick both scream glamour and are as classic as it comes. So ladies get your rouge on , sip a cocktail and look hot in a hat…because glamour is back!
Happy Hat-Hunting!

Esther
